Our main area of operation is the coast and fjords of northwestern Norway – the most remarkable and richly varied coastal area between Stadt and Trondheim. However, other destinations are also feasible.

Match Racing

Events set up with two identical boats. These boats give your employees, customers or executives a unique opportunity to participate in a “sea battle”. Match racing is a game that appeals to competing instincts and challenges the crew's strategy as well as its communication and cooperation skills. The first boat to finish is the winner! Team Training

Learning to know each other is important for people who work together, and problem solving is an excellent exercise to this end. Understanding each other, playing out roles, communication, tolerance and good working relations are essential to make a successful team. Team training on board a sailboat provides excellent conditions for developing these qualities. Ideally, you need three afternoons and a Saturday to get full value Also, there should be enough participants to man two boats.
